KEY NG SUCKS!! especially the one in OU! yes! i gotta admit, they sell pretty nice heels, and i got mine black plain point heels there! but the sales girl's service and attitude? NO WAY!!!! sucks like shit!! they don't even at all have the working mood!! as if they're having holiday! chattering and giggling in their own sweet casher!!! they ignore all the customers who went into the shop! no wonder so many people left! but for me!? i had no choice because my heels are there! i went in with my sister. but there was no sales girl. so i had to walk to the casher and ask for the size. they act like as if they don't care whether the shoe got sale out or not!!!! i was like, okay..nevermind, i just want the shoes. i even SMILE at them! after trying, i said to her : 'i'll have it..*with a smile* she brought it to the casher and i was ready to pay. but then the casher suddenly called the name of the sales girl who serve me ---> COCO. but our 'dear sweet ms.malay-look-alike was busy giggling with the others. on the 2nd time she called her, she was like : ' WHAT!? she want or don't want one!?! *in canto with a really unpleasant tone* and i was like WHAT THE FUCK!?!??!! you think i don't understand CANTON? just because you fucking fugly face looks like a malay that's why i speak to you in english okay!? or you're too dumb, or i should say, fucking retard to understand simple english? no cash to study english izzit? i'll ask government to sponsor you back to kinder and learn properly! make sure this time you score at least 5 marks! fucking retard!!!!!!! i got soooooooooooooooooooooooo pissed off. but i kept quiet. even my younger sister couldn't stand it and complaint to me!! looks how fucking annoying she is?!?!?!? you think i should,

1) call for her manager in english and complaint about her in front of her in canto?
2) tell her right in front of her fugly face and say, I WANT, i told you already, is just that you're too stupid and retard to not understand simple english*in canto*?
3) tell the casher in canto ' oh my gosh! i thought she's malay! her face looks like it...*tsk tsk tsk* what a pity...

but since i'm going OU again tomorrow to watch BOLT again. i was planning to bring my mummy to the same shop and purposely tell her what happen yesterday in front of the fcuking sales girl in CANTONESE!!! BITCHES! ruin my day!
